As a consumer I will say that it is difficult to find a place of business with the 3 essential factors of complete customer service.
This establishment should be looked at by every automotive business that cares about success!!!! Truck started over heating when I was passing thru gave them at closing hours they told me to bring in to look at it, when other shops wanted to wait til next day but they found the leak quickly and the reason behind the leak got the part ordered and fixed by lunch time the next day. Very nice friendly honest people

Driving thru Boerne on our way to a wedding when our truck broke down. Super helpful in getting the problem analyzed, parts ordered and had us back on the road. Good people!
I had car trouble about 5 miles from Brady's auto repair my car started overheating due to a water pump leak. I stopped along the road and a gentleman referred me to come here to Brady's auto repair and I called around and 2 others referred me as well. after a trip to a near auto shop.this was my best resort. and I was taking great care of by steve, Kirk and troy and tom all of these gentlemen deserve more future referrals for there help n concern.they were a great help. these guys helped me get to and from my hotel room considering I was passing through and heading to l ubbock with no other help. thanks guys
From out of town but staying with friends near Boerne. Brakes started squealing and stoped in unannounced on a Thursday morning. They checked the car, found some other priority work needed, provided an estimate. I had to wait there, but that was ok. I felt I could trust the staff and the work was done in a timely manner. Would go back! Yelp check-in a worthwhile discount!
Honest place to take your vehicle--very pleased with the service that I received. I attempted to take my vehicle to the dealership, but was unable to get the service department to pick up the phone, let alone make an appointment. I decided to take a chance with Grady's. Making an appointment was easy to do. The work was done in a timely manner. So glad that I tried them out. Great job!
I have to wear distance vision glasses while I drive. While my vision isn't terrible I am required to wear them. I couldn't find my glasses and was going to purchase a new pair when we went by Brady's to pick up our Toyota Sienna. As I hopped in, there were my glasses. Apparently, a technician had found them as they worked on our vehicle. That saved me the cost of a new pair.
The work that we had done went well, also. Thank you, Brady's for a good-running Sienna and 'renewed' vision.
I went to Bradys for an engine light diagnostic for my daughter's 2012 Ford Escape. They were quick, friendly, but above all - HONEST! We were told the catalytic converters needed replaced, but the repairs should be covered by the dealer under the Federal Emissions Warranty. We took her car to the dealer, and the repairs were covered saving us $1800. Side note, we had first taken the car to Car-X & they wanted to work on the catalytic converters and spark plugs - never mentioned that repairs could be covered under a warranty. Bradys Auto Repair has a new and loyal customer!
I was new to the area last summer and had heard that Brady's was a good place to take your car for repairs. My Ford Ranger needed new dash lights and the Ford dealership had quoted me over $500 to replace them. I called Brady's and got a quote over the phone for $125. They did the repairs for the amount quoted. Today I took my Pontiac Bonneville in because I was having A/C problems. Based on my description they told me that I needed an actuator replaced. I got a call back a couple of hours later and was told that it would be around $360 to repair and I gave the ok to repair it over the phone. My car was ready later that afternoon as promised. When I went in to pay, I got quite a surprise. They told me that after looking at my car, it didn't need an actuator and that an A/C service and freon fixed the issue. The bill was only about $150. I appreciate their honesty, since I (like most people) have to count on the shop to do what is right. They have a customer for life now. I can't recommend these guys enough!
