I own a 2011 Kia Rio. I brought the vehicle to Bradys to have it gone over for a trip to Maine. When I explained this, we discussed what Brady's recommended as well as some of my concerns. The honesty displayed in their recommendations is one of the reasons I am posting this. I was sure I needed brakes all around, but after the inspection, it was found I didn't need new Brakes. Did recommend changing all my belts, which I never thought of. I just returned from the trip. It turned out to be 5960 miles and 15 states. The vehicle ran perfectly the entire trip. The peace of mind you gave me was a blessing. Thanks to your whole team.

Went in for a electrical problem, which turned out to be a the alternator. Diagnosis and repair was completed in under two hours. All codes were cleared
and all issues resolved. I would highly recommend this business for your automotive repair needs.

Staff was HONEST, COURTEOUS, extremely patient with explanations of my car’s needs, & worked with me on what they could repair with the amount of money I could spare on a widow’s social security. My late husband always told me to use Brady’s, but I was hesitant to do so. I had 2 friends tell me they had stopped going to Brady’s & recommended an honest, Christian, man to take my car to! I was so inclined to do so, but my sons pulled rank on me & had it towed to Brady’s. I was mad! Really corny, but I ended up being GLAD! I felt comfortable talking with Brady’s staff & am appreciative of their help & of the FINE work they did on my car! My car still needs new brakes & when I can afford it, Brady’s will be my choice to do the job! I definitely will sing Brady’s praises to all I encounter when in need of auto repair! Called Brady's by mistake. Asked for an estimate on brake fluid service. Gave me a price that was agreeable, then called me back with a lower revised estimate. Even better. Made appointment. They delivered on said time. Very pleased with repair.

I am very impressed and have found my new auto shop!! Very polite and explained everything! I was very upset and stressed out with my situation and thought it was far worse than it was. They looked at my Jeep and assured me that it wasn’t as bad as I thought.. they were very affordable compared to other places and the customer service was amazing! I like Bradys for several reasons. They are near my home, they do a good job and their prices are competitive with everyone else. I hesitate to ask for much more.
